If cung le can handle wand's early onslaught, thats if wand rushes in like he usual does, then i give it to cung le. cuz like others have said cung le will just pick him apart in later rounds

Cungs a savage(strategically) and Wandys a savage(savagely) BUT if wandy takes his time..chooses his strikes wisely, and doesn't go blasting in right away he could have a really good chance. but shoot man i've always been a Cung Le fan...Mind says Cung Le..Heart says Wandy...war BOTH

Close the distance and be agressive and brawl, but not rush like he did in Leben fight (that I ment by "like an idiot"). Chance to get it over early and not to get torn apart with kicks from a distance.
